IndyGo's Open Door service
Open Door is a reservation-based, curb-to-curb, flexible transportation service designed to serve the needs of customers who are unable to use IndyGo's regular fixed route system because of a disability. The service is available 7 days a week throughout Marion County. Applicants must meet established U.S. Department of Transportation criteria under the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990 and agree to a personal interview. American Red Cross of Greater Indianapolis Transportation Services
The American Red Cross of Greater Indianapolis, through its locally designed Transportation Services Program, provides rides for people to critical medical appointments who have no reliable means of transportation. Sponsored by the Indianapolis Senior Citizens Center, Inc., Senior Transportation Programs provides transportation services to Marion County residents age 60 and older.
