What is 2-1-1?  It is a three-digit phone number that anyone can call, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to get free information about health and human services.  Trained and caring Information and Referral Specialists answer the 211 calls, discuss the caller's needs, and offer referrals to human service programs, such as housing, food, financial help with rent or utilities, health care, legal aid, counseling, and much more.

You do not need to dial an area code or any other numbers; simply dial 211 for non-emergency assistance anytime, day or night!
