How to pay for services

Monthly bills due by the 15th of each month are mailed to clients or caregivers. Payment may be made in the following ways:

  • Personal check payable to "Meals on Wheels"
  • Money order
  • Food Stamp Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card
  • Credit card -- MasterCard, Visa and Discover

Please note

  • We strongly caution against making any payments in cash.
  • If your payment is not received by the next billing period your account will become delinquent and we will notify you of cancellation of services.
  • We will not send any refunds that are less than or equal to $5.00.
  • Meals on Wheels volunteers are NEVER authorized to accept payments or mail bills for clients.
